How to Return an Item

Your item must be in its original unopened and unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

To return an item, please follow the steps below:

1. Please fill out the return request form found here:  RETURN REQUEST FORM * (will be available soon, please contact us by email for now)
2. Mail your returned item to:

Return Exceptions

All labor (installation) costs including parts used for the installation are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

For online sales, some items cannot be returned if they are opened.

Clearance items, Sold as is, and final sale items cannot be returned or refunded

Products that have been opened used, installed, broken, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

All items must be in the original packaging.

Restocking Fees
All new/returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges
If your item is in “like new” condition, you may exchange your item within 15 days of the ship date. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.

The customer is responsible for all return freight charges, including duty and tax, if applicable. We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier. Most major carriers offer tracking information; however, domestic and international parcel packages are typically not traceable.

Shipping and Handling Charge Refunds

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Exceptions to this policy apply if you received a defective item or an incorrect item was shipped by Infinity Solutions.
